Losing as much as 18 pounds in one month is not a healthy way to lose weight and chances are, if you do lose that quickly, you'll gain back as soon as you start eating normal again.

I lost 18 pounds in one month without much exercise and it's been a life changer. Stationary biking isn't the only thing you can do for exercise... follow the guidelines by MNSFPM and get any kind of exercise that keeps you moving.
Need to to stationary biking it well help you lose that wait within two weeks if you do about 30 or 40 miles in those two weeks at 5 miles a day at half an hour
Stop eating fast foods...try not to eat any food contain sugar...stop drinking soft drinks.....eat more salads ....try not to eat after sunset
