As much as I can really and yes I am I don't eat past 6 and I cut down on chocolate and sweets. I do jogging or cycling in the morning aswell as Pilates and some ab exercises and bum exercise. I have a workout that I do in the afternoon around 7 and it's 25 minutes long it's called t-25.
