A Private Moment In The Warmth Of The Shower

Yesterday I told you guys how I had an awekening moment, me staring at the mirror with a tooth brush...
Here is what happened when I hit the shower immediately after i was done with the mirror test..

I turned on the water, I closed my eyes and let the water hit me. It was a moment  of complete privacy. The whole world seemed to have seized running and the globe stopped spinning.. It was a time I completelty relaxed and felt the stress of the day just wash away with the water.

I felt my mind focused yet so relaxed and had all the time in the world to contemplate and think about things that I wudnt have time to think. Things i really needed to pay attention came flooding in to my mind but like in an ultra motion picture and magnified. There were several "light bulb" moments and suddenly i felt like a frog out of a well.

We certainly need private moments in our lives, to get organized and to re group and get our act together.
We need private moments  to think and to make accurate decisons.  We are like actors with different characters in the stage of life. We each have a role to play...but we are so busy sometimes we forget the whole plot and dance to the music of the world. Why do we side tracked so often? Why do we stop foucssing? I think from what I have expereinced in the past is we need time for ourselves. Time just for us and for only us.

The shower for me is not only a place to get fresh but also like a place for new ideas and mind opening,
For others it can be a prayer room or place where you can spend time alone. Try spending time to relax and think, you will be amazed to find so many secrets hidden inside of you. It will help you stay sharp and get you through to the next level. Good luck :)

Sometimes it takes something potentially life altering to have the revelations you describe .. To reach so far down within one's self w/o something serious going askew to trigger this for you is magnificent to hear.

You are lucky to have had such a wonderful awakening and realization into your inner self.  And to share with us is wonderful, too .... maybe we can all take a few mins. out of every single day for us .. to think about OURSELVES privately during a quiet moment ... find a small part and focus on it .. think about it ... and take the little parts and mold them into larger ones.

I have had a similar revelation, but mine was the outcome from some major health concern issues I've overcome.

I see every day as a gift, as I continue to take the little pieces and put them together into a huge maze called life and each day I'm healthier than the day before in both body and mind.

C~

Thanks for sharing and for encouraging us to take some time to reflect.  It is important and as our lives get super busy, sometimes we forget to take time to do so.

Glad you had a wonderful day and hope we all take the time to realize just how important our health is .. for without it, the other things we like to do and people we like to see .. are not so easy to have.

((Hugs))
