Thank you peek. I am still at 184 at 11 1/2 weeks, yay!! :) And my belly is still expanding slowly but surely.

You are wise to begin addressing the issue now. Its not advisable to begin a lot of new and unfamiliar exercises while pregnant, but with the permission of your doctor, walking is a great way to burn some calories and build up your cardiovascular conditioning. Light hand weights can usually also be used safely.
So far as diet is concerned, the best thing you can do is to cut out as much fast food as you can, and increase your intake of dairy. Veggies can be a problem for many pregnant women, so let your stomach be your guide. Eat complex carbs, get plenty of low fat protein, plenty of dairy, and cut out most fast foods and highly processed things, if you are eating those (cookies, chips, cake, etc)
