Thank you all for your responses i appreciate it.. seems to me like they do work and will benifet me. soo the infomercials are just out to sell there products not caring what lies are being said :) thank you all aagain
I've only been doing them for about 3 weeks now and other people are noticing a difference already. I feel my stomach muscles holding me in and my love handles are disappearing. I think you can feel them working as you do them, so I don't know why anyone would say they don't.
Lol I forgot to say that also the second way she is showing you the wrong way to do them. You are only suppose to raise off the ground an inch or two! =]
Well here is some of what he says in the video.. Raise your shoulders off of the floor til your shoulder blades are completely off the floor, this is the starting point. Do not pull on your head, just use your hands to support it. Make sure your back is flat on the ground. This is the proper technique.. Do about 20-25 reps at a time and take a small break and repeat. Hope this helps! =]
Hi there :) I just watched the video you posted...unfortuantly I am at work without sound so I couldnt listen to the video.
I noticed 2 different crunches that they were doing...one where the girl was coming pretty high up and one where the girl was hardily coming up at all. Which one of those is the correct way? I would think the second way (coming up just a little bit) but cant tell because I cant hear. haha Thanks!
i think its just a combination of everything!! i do crunches reverse ones jacknives the 30 day shred and all together i am seeing soooo much difference!!! so i do think they are effective just with cardio combined but i dont see what a waste they could be!! yes you need cardio mixed in but you still need the crunch regardless!!
Well I have an ab lounge, and basically all that is, is crunches, and I use that every single day, I do 3 sets of 200 crunches on it. And let me tell you.. I can already notice that I have lost at least an inch or two.. No need to even measure.. My tummy isn't AS flabby as it was when I first started out and it feels tighter as well.. And when I get done it does burn.. The same goes for if I just do regular crunches without the ab lounge.. Same feeling.. So I would think they work... As long as you do them correctly! Here's a link that show's the proper way to do them just to make sure (I'm sure you are doing them correctly, a friend of mine just showed me this link just so that I could double check and make sure, so thought I would pass it along!) Hope this helps! =]
