I'm glad to see you back, suzi!
I have to get back on program tonight! No excuses! I've been a bit...defiant while away this time.
Back to business.
Consider Pork tenderloin as a good meat for your diet and very kind to your pocket book! Don't forget fish. Some salmon or trout in the oven with lemon juice and dill on it can be ready in 10 minutes. Use your rice cooker with some rice and a nice salad or favorite vegetable (there must be 1 you like!) and you have a great meal and quite fast. If you are someone who needs crunch dip the fish in sesame seeds and cook with the seeds up. Good luck!
Oh, I forgot to mention, I use just about every seasoning out there, except cumin. I suggest you experiment with the seasonings.
Hey Suzi, welcome back!
Obviously you want to stick with the basics. Whole grains, low fat/FF dairy, lean meats, such as chicken, turkey, beef, and hopefully you eat fish. Fruits and veggies (sorry you don't like veggies, I couldn't live w/o them). Complex carbs, and healthy oils. Drinks lots of water and last, but not least, EXERCISE!
