Here is the answer to this question. In order to lose weight, you have to subtract calories. Safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs/week, so in order to lose 1 lb/week, you'd have to drop 500 calories from your BMR each day (1 lb is equal to 3500 calories, so 500 calories X 7 days = 3500 calories or 1 lb). OR you can drop 250 calories from your diet and increase .....
That's not healthy at all. You gotta eat 5 meals per day and healthy stuff like fruits and veggies. Dont eat meat, just chiken and tuna but not res. Drink green tea, a couple cups per daybits okay. Your metabolism is working slow that's why you dont lose weight. You have to make it work faster. So trust me if u eat 5 meals (also snacks) (the secret is eating clean: which meaning is eating things who come from nature) (fruits and veggies and 4 l of water per day) and green tea you'll lose weight so fast.
Only one meal a day ? Thats pretty bad, and also dinner. Thats late afternoon maybe ? My only option for this is that you morelike make your body store all what you eat as its almost on starving side. Maybe try to eat breakfast (most important meal ) snacks, lunch and dinner. Snack doesnt mean a big 200g of choclate. You can eat tons of vegises, fruits. Who doesnt like to crunch a raw carrot ? Give your body the meal it needs and might help you lose weight. Also keep some days when you rest your body. They say if you make always the same exrcise your body might get used to it and vont give you what you aspect. Take long walks, take out your dog. Go biking, swim, fly a kite. So many things you could enjoy free of charge and might help. Active doesnt mean you just go to gym. I hope I could help, it does work for me.
