I do try to eat apples and raw carrots in between but they never satisfy me until the next meal which results me eating two snacks in between meals ! I need help I'm 119pounds and I want to be 106 in 1 month and a half xx all tips will be helpful at this point thanks. Cx

You need to fill up on veggies at meals.  More greens and mixed veggies in stir fry of maybe make turkey chili that is full of veggies.

Eliminate temptation from your house and go over your diet plan you shouldn't starve yourself but eat small meals to maintain good metabolism, try almonds and a lot of water, loosing 13 pounds will require a lot of exercise just think what you do to loose it and if having a chocolate is worth taking two steps away from your goal just for 5 seconds of taste, apple taste great too!if they don't fill you up add seeds or dairy to your anacks
