DAY 2 - MOTIVATION AND MORE - THANKSGIVING CHALLENGE

Today is DAY 2 and TODAY is the day we're going to make a difference and CHOOSE to be active and healthy!  Our future and our success are before us and we have only to grab it, hold on to it and CLAIM it!!!

gokuangel ~ WoW .. forgot all about deviled eggs until you mentioned them and yes, we had those too!  Those childhood memories are really great and center around the love and good food that was made to show love for our family.

The cool thing is .. we can carry on that tradition, just in a healthier manner!  No reason to give up flavor or to not cook .. just differently.

You are both too kind .. it is really your sunshine that motivates me.  

My favorite memory was of my grandmother, great aunt, aunts, mom, cousins and siblings all cooking in the kitchen together with awesome smells .. fresh homemade rolls and pies galore.  The hot rolls and fresh butter were my favorite and I'd still eat "one" if it were available today .. all about moderation and choices .. ;)

It really was the "togetherness" that was the focal point.  Could drink tea and have that togetherness and be just as happy today.

TY Ranae! I love reading your blog its so amazing are you sure you are not a motivational speaker? lol JK but you are very good at this and you have such a sweet voice very motherly! You shall be happy to know i found my game so yeah got to work my arms out today!! My thoughts and difficulties i believe still are eating i really need to focuss this week on buying some better food and cheap for that matter.
My favorite thanksgiving memory was probably when i was waaaaaaay younger like 5!! yep i can remember my grandma used to make such good food and everyone gathered together all the good turkey cranberry sauce and my favs. deviled eggs and pumpkin pie!!
