Hey Guys! Welcome To The Thanksgiving Challenge

I will be personally holding each and every one of you responsible for the exercsie of the day!
So you better not slack! lol....

Trudie ,Barb, Just me and Twehner! you guys are absolutely incredible! You have done your home today and there will be bo need for the whip! lol...just kidding! Truly you guys have rose to challenge and shown us you CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in all great job ladies!

I did my 45 mins. of strength training. We did a lot of legs and abs today - gonna feel it tomorrow!

No formal exercise, but had my pedometer on all day and put on about 2.5 hrs.  Not as much as I wanted, but hopefully can do better tomorrow.

I did the cardi workout and my heart is pumping! Doing this whole thing togther with you guys is just so amazing! All I think is about this inspiring team when I work out! You guys are a breed apart!
