Desperately Need to Lose Arm Flab!

I really, really need to lose my arm flab. I've noticed my arms went down a little but I still have that hanging arm flab that we all hate. What's the most effective exercise I can do to get rid of that? And preferably within a couple months because I have my sister's wedding coming up and I have to wear a strapless dress!

Make sure you are targeting your triceps. This will give your arms more definition. Try a lifting exercise called a skull crusher.

You can try doing some weights or resistance band exercises, but if you're losing weight, that might just be something you will have to put up with.  Some of just get saggy skin when we lose weight.  Check out YouTube for upper body exercises using weights.
