You are more than welcome to stick around with us and let us help you with your plan. We are all trying to do the same thing you are -- lose weight and be healthy. I'm also sure that you have some excellent ideas that might help us, as well.
I like you "I don't have to move fast, I just have to move forward" --- that's a good one.
I am planning to join a group that will help me to structure my eating choices and activity commitments. It won't be easy, and I'm still looking at what would be good choices for me, but I know that any action is better than no action at all.
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!!

Well, I'm a little late on this one, but it is a good one.
I think too often, we just say "I'm going to lose weight" or whatever it is we want to accomplish without having a plan of action and we end up sabotaging our best efforts. I know I have done this with my weight loss efforts.
It's too hard to just say "I'm going to lose weight", without outlining the steps you will take to accomplish that, taking into consideration as many stumbling blocks as you can think of................
Tomorrow will be my last day of work until after the New Year begins -- during my break, I plan to sit down and actually decide on a plan, put it in writing and go from there. My schedule presents a lot of difficulties, but seeing what some others have been able to accomplish, I'm sure that if I look ahead and plan wisely, I can overcome those difficulties..............
