Fasting is fasting - you don't eat when fasting. Why are you fasting? And do you have to abstain from ALL food, or just certain ones?
Yes i will be fasting for coming Ramadan month, and I want to know how can I control my diet, because the fasting stress make the body more haunger to eat more food and many people gain waight after Ramadan month!

Do you have to abstain for ALL food for an entire month? If some food is allowed, stick to as many vegetables as you can, some whole fruit, low/no fat dairy, if allowed. Whole grains.
