i also just had a baby, my daughter is 6 months old. and i couldn't lose weight while i was nursing, i was the same way with my daugther. i stopped nursing in october, right around the time i went to a weight loss clinic to help with my diet and started seeing a nutritionist. i also work full time, i try to walk as much as possible. i walk during my 30 min lunch. i have a desk job and don't really have to deal with people, and when i do its over the phone, so i eat my lunch 30 after i'm done walking, and i get 2-15 min breaks which i spend doing quick walks. another thing that has helped is drinking plenty of water. i got a water bottle that i love and it goes with me everywhere, including the store. i used to do weight watchers, and i know it works for some, but it just didnt' work for me. i have tried everything, the only thing that has worked was a food diary my nutritionist gave me. that has been my biggest weight loss tool, and for the first time in years of trying to diet and after having given up, i've been losing weight. and i wanted it to fall out quickly as well, i've lost 34 as of this morning weigh in since mid oct. the first 2 weeks i lost quite a bit, i think mostly water weight, but lately its been a steady 2 pounds a week, and i'm happy with that because even though the scale is moving quite slowly, the inches are melting off. i'm now wearing jeans i haven't been able to wear in over 4 years!
remember, you can do it, and we are here to support you! (also forgot to mention, i have way more to lose then you do, and the more weight you have to lose, the more weight you initially lose at first)
I'll second the exercise thing; it will help you lose weight faster, plus with any significant weight loss, it will help the body to "work into" its new shape and size, minimizing stretch marks and saggy skin, especially if you just had a baby.
You don't say how old your baby is, but if you are nursing, expect that you will carry some "extra weight" to nurse your baby. I lost an extra 15 pounds right around the time that my son was 6 months old.
This website also has numerous trackers. I'd recommend that you use the weight tracker as well as the diet tracker.
Keep your weight loss expectations realistic AND healthy.

Thanks for your answer...I try to walk as much as I can but I just had a baby and it is tough since I have a full time job.... I will tyy to walk during my lunch break... Any other suggestions though?
Do you mean you are 5'1" tall? A normal, safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds/week, so you did okay losing 2 pounds in 2 weeks. We all want the weight to "fall off" but it usually doesn't work that way.
In order to lose weight, you have to use more calories than you are taking in. Are you exercising, as well as doing Weight Watchers? If not, I'd suggest that you try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise on most days; that will help use up more calories.
Have you seen a personal dietician? Tried OA-overeaters anonymous?
