Im down 1.2, tried really hard not to weigh this week, not very successfuly, feel like im in a bit of a rut, I tried to cut my Carbs down and ended up with very low blood sugars and had to go to doctors, got told off and told to eat more carbs or exercise less, Guess i need more carbs.
Up, I've been really bad lately. I have allowed my eating habits to go south. Not as bad an before but not good. It's been really hard sense I have not had control of my schedual the past few weeks. I'll do better soon.
Up slightly for the week but actually on a downward tract. I had really gained earlier in the week. I finally got my husband out of the habit of wine every night (and I can't seem to say no when he is having it). Eliminating the wine initially increased my weight since I no longer had the diuretic effect. I've lowered my calories and am now seeing some movement in the right direction every day.
