If you have a thyroid condition, as indicated in your other post, you should get under control before expecting to lose very much weight.

Weight gain/inability to lose is one of the major symptoms of hypothyroidism.

Safe weight loss is 1-2 pounds/week, so if you lost a pound while hypo, you're doing better than I've ever been able to do.

I took the metabolic test, I’m the mixed type so I need to rethink my diet again. I will now eliminate fruit from my daily program and eat fruit maybe once or twice a week, maybe that will bring about some desired changes in my weight.
