I really want to drop at least 5 kilos, or at least lose a noticeable amount of weight in order to fit into clothes for a concert im goin to in 3 weeks time. What do u recommend I do?What should I eat(or not eat)will walking 4 days a week help this?Thats what I also plan on doing, as I will be on holidays from uni and will have more time to focus on weight loss.How can I reduce my breast size too?Im worried that they make me look fat, when I do lose weight my breast size doesnt seem to change much.
