HOW CAN I LOSE A NOTICEABLE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT IN 3 WEEKS

I really want to drop at least 5 kilos, or at least lose a noticeable amount of weight in order to fit into clothes for a concert im goin to in 3 weeks time. What do u recommend I do?What should I eat(or not eat)will walking 4 days a week help this?Thats what I also plan on doing, as I will be on holidays from uni and will have more time to focus on weight loss.How can I reduce my breast size too?Im worried that they make me look fat, when I do lose weight my breast size doesnt seem to change much.

Due to the risks of muscle loss and the possibility of putting weight back on again, I wouldn't advise that you rush it.

It's not a race!

I realise that you may have something going on in 3 weeks as a reason for the rush but it's important to take your time.

Start with trying to incorporating drinking water into your lifestyle. I only have a couple of cups of soft drinks a day but that's the health freak in me, lol.

Drinking water flushes sodium out of your body and this alone can cause a significant weight drop.

Eating lots of lean protein like Chicken and Turkey helps burn fat as it is a thermic food.

Change the type of carbohydrates that you eat. Substitute White bread for Brown and White rice for Brown rice. Anything white usually turns to sugar very quickly. Eat more vegetables.

Eat more fibre. Limit fruits because they contain sugar and sugar gets converted to fat quick.

The one thing you may not want to hear is the word exercise. Take it up. Cardio and weight lifting is essential for healthy fat loss.

Start small and work your way up.

Choose an exercise that you will enjoy, that way you have less risk of giving up.

Take exercise as a hobby and try not to think about the weight issue and you will see changes!
