Hey!
What kind of exercises are you doing? Are you doing a lot of cardio (i.e. Running, jogging, etc) it burns fat & muscle & will decrease your weight.
But if your doing any kind of weight training - so using weight or your own body weight, push-ups, etc - these turn fat into muscles which weights more than fat. So you'd be gaining weight, which isn't necessarily bad cause everyone loves being toned.
