Help??

I really really wanna lose weight so i workout alot n i eat healthy but im gaining weight instead i dont know wt to do now

Hey!

What kind of exercises are you doing? Are you doing a lot of cardio (i.e. Running, jogging, etc) it burns fat & muscle & will decrease your weight.

But if your doing any kind of weight training - so using weight or your own body weight, push-ups, etc - these turn fat into muscles which weights more than fat. So you'd be gaining weight, which isn't necessarily bad cause everyone loves being toned.

Are you really eating healthy?  If so are you using exercise to boost your snacking.  I thought I was being good and was in the same situation as you.
