Help!

hi I'm 5'0" 18 years old and I'm weighing 145-150 and I want to lose weight at least to 120, what are some good exercises to lose all that weight?

If you aren't regularly exercising start slow 10 to 20 min of walking or other cardio six days a week with two 1 hour long full body weight training routines a week. Increase cardio sessions by five min increments each week until you are averaging an hour of cardio a day a few sessions w a reputable personal trainer can get you more motivated

Try crossfit training .... Go to the App Store on your phone and download groupon once you get it search crossfit In your area some go for unlimited classes for a month $30
