If you aren't regularly exercising start slow 10 to 20 min of walking or other cardio six days a week with two 1 hour long full body weight training routines a week. Increase cardio sessions by five min increments each week until you are averaging an hour of cardio a day a few sessions w a reputable personal trainer can get you more motivated
