Helpppppp

I'm a 16 years old I have asthma and a year ago I moved to USA I changed types of foods and I Gained a lot of weight in one year lately I tried to start losing weight by exercising but I figured out that asthma is a huge obstacle and whenever I try to exercise I get shortness of breath and I can't keep going on I feel like someone shocking me and I'm going to die I really can't breath at all! I talked to my doctor and he said I don't know what to do about that! Please help me any advice please I'm really tired of how fat I am thank a a lot for your help!!!

Hi jenniges,

I think the suggestions that leyhdylan gave you are really good ones with
regards to food choices. If your family doctor is saying, I don't know what
to do about all that, perhaps you need a new doctor who will help you
better.

As you said, you have asthma problem. So it is better to follow these diet tips then you can expect the best result for weight loss.

•Eat lean proteins like fish and avoid red meat as much as possible.
•Make sure your major intake should be fruits and vegetables.
•Eat breakfast of complete carbohydrates and protein to set up your metabolism for the day.
•Between meals snacking is a good habit.
•Stay away from fatty foods and simple sugars.
