In your present state, your health is going to go downhill.  Think of your health, but also think of your child and husband and what they will do if you become unable to keep your roles as a mother and a wife due to sickness.  Start a walking program.  Walk 30 to 60 minutes every day.  Start out with 10 minute walks, if necessary, but keep it up and increase your time as you are able, even if you have to walk around inside due to weather or outdoor environment..

I have trouble with motivation too, but I try to change one or two small things a month. Like, no more soda and take a 10 minute daily walks This month. Next month stop buying chips and replace with veggie sticks, on top of the previous changes. It's important to remember that this isn't a quick fix, it will take time and it's okay to have bad days. Just gotta pick up where you left off the next day. Try to look at it as doing all the things   that accumulate on your monthly lists instead of pounds lost. It seems a lot easier to handle when its daily things that can be done, instead of a final goal. I hope that helps and makes sense.
