Try doing intervals for 10-15 minutes it will help burn more fat than normal cardio
Do some cardio. Just go to YouTube or a fitness section in places like Walmart it target and look for cardio. In you tube you just type in "cardio exercises" and thousands of results. Cardio burns fat. But if you have any lose skin or flab also do toning exercises .
And EAT HEALTHY! You don't have to stop eating bad foods all together. If you want you can ease your way into it. Replace sometime with e veggie in your meals. Or do what I do, make healthier decisions and if you do.eat sweets or something don't eat as much as you use to. Or! You can just have a "cheat day". Either way you have to eat better. They have a belt at wal-mart in the sports section that you wear when you do any type of exercise to help you sweet from that problem area. As for legs and thighs I'm trying to figure that out still.

Hii, really good exercises that can help lose weight is definitely boxing, boxing doesnt necessarily mean punching someone and defending urself, but the boxing im talking about is great for losing weight and u get to meet a lot of great people who can push u to the max. Its great fun.
But if dont have the time to go to the gym there always the option of going for a jog or a really long walk.
