Are you making sure that you're getting plenty of protein and fiber? Those are the substances that fill you up and keep you feeling fuller longer.
Opt for lean protein at every meal, and load up on veggies, but not so much fruit, because fruit has a lot of sugar and spikes your blood sugar, then when blood sugar drops, you're hungry again.
Have u tried the south beach diet? It says in there that when u start to add things back u may have add something back together to quick. I would say track what u have added back for two weeks and go from there. And u may have to add in more work outs, or cut calories too. Good luck. Keep ur head up no matter what.
