I really need help *When to eat*

So recently I just got a job at an italian restraunt, I get out of school at 3, and my shift begins from 430-9pm. After every shift I have the option of a free meal. This past week Ive been eating at my workout almost every night, and ive noticed, my usually semi-toned body has become, well, not so toned anymore. I know eating so late and heavy is the cause, but im starving after work! I would hate to skip dinner because i know my metabolism would suffer and so would my digestive system. Does anybody have any tips on how to fix this? What should i eat for dinner? Is eating my dinner before work bad? Shouldnt i not eat after nine at all? Thank you guys for the help!

Ask if you can eat your meal before you start your shift, for if you can take a break during your shift to eat.  If those aren't options, take something with you to eat between when school gets out at 3:00 and your shift starts at 4:30.

You should be getting out of school for the summer, now, so you should have any trouble finding time to eat before you go to work.

I'd recommend you take healthy snacks with to work, so that you aren't as hungry after your shift. And stay away from carbs late at night. Stick to protein and veggies. :)
