You can eat different vegetables, fruits, protein and healthy fats.
Grilled fish and seafood dishes can be some nice meal options.
Ch4st4r had some good suggestions... also adding protein and healthy fats from olive or coconut oil to each meal will help as well, since protein and fats, won't increase blood glucose levels like simple carbs will.
I lost 23 lbs by add more healthful fats to my diet...
I think the trick is finding a replacement for the carbs you already consume for example using lettace leaves in place of tortilla wraps or spiralized veg in place of pasta - hope this helps x
