The best diet is one in which you change your lifestyle, to actually, become healthy, as well as lose weight.
Making small changes that you can live with tends to work better than trying to change your entire lifestyle all at once.
Start out by replacing sodas with water and once you are comfortable with that, start replacing candy bars or cookies for an apple with some peanut butter, raw veggies, etc.
When you fix your plate, fill 1/2 of it with veggies, 1/4 with lean protein and 1/4 with whole grains. Have low/no fat dairy on the side, in the form of milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.
The zumba is excellent exercise, but don't forget to include some strength training, a couple days/week, as well.
