I agree that you should check food labels and watch for sugar and sodium, as well.  You should actually try to eat as many fresh foods as you can, rather than processed/packaged foods.  Don't eat artificial sweeteners, either, because they can make you crave more sweets.  Sodium can make retain fluid, which, of course, adds extra weight, so try using other herbs and spices and not so much salt.

Last, but certainly, not least, perhaps you should check with your doctor and have her/him run some simple blood tests to make sure you don't have an underlying medical condition that prevents you from losing weight.  Conditions that cause weight gain/inability to lose include hypothyroidism (under active thyroid), insulin resistance, PCOS, etc.

Sometimes in food you have preservatives which makes you want to eat more so maybe check what in in the food I know I post in Facebook about GMO and stuff I came from Europe no food taste like this and not so menu preservatives.
And feelings are tricky but don't forget who is the boss you are!!!! Dealings comes and go  if you see your self be there at 200 or 190 than you get there that is definite keep working and check book Fit for life by Harvey Diamond worth every penny.

I'm assuming that you aren't seeing results fast enough? Its okay keep going. i feel like this too. Just have a calander of workouts (theyre everywhere, instagram, pintrest, etc.) and do those everyday and check them off. You should check on you weight/measurments every week or so. If you didnt get to your goal that week, just keep pushing. Set little goals that are semi-challenging so that you can reach them with putting some decent effort into it. Overtime, it will add up and you will reach your goal. But nothing happens overnight. Keep pushing, and accept your body the way it is, but dont just not do anything about it. Hope this helps.+take pics of yourself to ensure progress (every 2 week or 3 weeks)
