My current measurements are: Bust - 42",Hip - 35",Waist - 44". I want to be: Bust - 34"-36", Hip - 37"-39", Waist - 27"-29". Is this reasonable to achieve within 1 year with a healthy diet and exercise plan?

In pounds about 50-70 pounds, but I don't care what weight I am as long as I lose inches. I want to loss weight and gain muscle.

Your goal may be somewhat ambitious, but it never hurts to try.
Exercise will help build the muscle and get rid of fat stores. Good diet, will keep you healthy and help you lose fat.
