This is the article i posted the other day that as got twheener all worked up. lol

Sorry all fellow chocaholics. After numerous surveys and recent tests it has now been proven that CHOCOLATE MAKES YOUR CLOTHES SHRINK!!!!!!!

sorry think i got that one wrong, this chart says 2181.1 to maintain
dropping to 1681.1 to lose 1lb a week without exercise or increase to 2283 for each hours exercise, its like a mine feild trying to work it all out .

Found one it says 2563.5, im bursting just thinking of all that food, i will need to eat
