Trouble Charting

I am having issues with all of my trackers.  The past two days it will not let me add any data.  Just curious if any of you have run into this problem.  I emailed for technical support, but have not heard back yet.  Thanks for any tips that might help.

This has happened to me a few times. But it seemed to be okay within 1 or 2 days.

I am sure this is a temporory glitch...well if you dont hear back from them hit them again tomorrow. In the mean time have you installed any new programs or softwares in your PC during the last two days?
