Try cutting carbs, a low carb diet
Don't eat and salty foods or added sugar.
Don't drink any pop, but you can have juice, don't eat any fast food.
And by one week you could lose weight just by eating more fruits and veggies,
Chicken/fish not fried Or processed.
You can have dairy. Yorgurt, cheese.
No ice cream, or any desert.
But you can have frozen yogurt, or surbert.
No steak, or red meat.
And if you add walking to the store within friend, or when your watching tv, on the commercial break do sit ups until ur show is back on.
Go on YouTube and watch zumba. In the privacy of your room. I am not a very active person, I had two kids.

Just remember your prize is at the end of the goal.
Make eggs and eat oatmeal if you like those foods. And if your school isn't far from home, maybe have a friend walk with you to the school.

Have you talked with your parents about losing weight? Are they willing to provide healthy food for you to be able to accomplish your goal?
You'll need to start out by not eating junk food like chips, candy, cookies and other snack foods. You'll also need to stop drinking sodas and other sweet drinks, including diet sodas or artificially sweetened drinks and fruit juice. Water is the best thing you can drink.
Have you calculated you daily calorie needs, so you know how much you should be eating every day?
