My diet diary

I have a question.  I downloaded the application my diet diary in order to track my habits. I started two weeks ago and I had in the beginning 1200 calories per day. I noticed after that the calories slowly started to decrease,  ending up today with just 788 calories.  I would like to know why? If it will continue to decrease I will end up eating too less and I cannot call that healthy. I know the purpose is to loose unwanted weight but the most important is to have a balanced weight and a healthy body.  I will like to know what can I do to stick with my initial calories from when I started.  I know in order to loose weight you should drop 1000 or 500 calories from what normally you consume.  I dropped 500 because I want to take this progressively. I am not in fast weight loosing because I prefer to do it slowly and eficient than fast and to gain everything plus back.

You never should go under 1200 calories a day.  Doing 500 calories a day is dangerous and will only tell your body to store fat  in order for the body to survive.  If you exercise moderately and more for several hours a days times 5 or 6 times a week...you need to eat healthy so that you won't have body injuries.  My endocrinologist said no pills, no programs.  Eat healthy and wise.
