What's your height? Just because you "want" to weigh 100 lbs, doesn't mean that's a realistic goal for your body.
Since you've tried so many different things that didn't work, perhaps your goal isn't right for your body, or perhaps you have an underlying medical issue that's preventing you from losing weight. Hypothyroidism is the main one that comes to mind for someone your age. You should talk to your parents about getting some simple blood tests at your doctor's office. The tests you need are TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 to check thyroid function.
Beyond that, enlist the help of your parents to make sure you're getting the right number of calories for your body... not eating enough calories or the right type of food is just as bad as eating too many too many calories.
