What you take in is the most important part of a weight loss journey, but of course exercise matters too.
I used to have a bad diet, eating a lot of junk food skipping meals ect but i exercised nearly everyday and I wasn't seeing any changes in my body, but as soon as I started to concentrate more on what I was eating, I went from 60kg to 58kg in two weeks.
So I advice that your focus should be more on what you take in, but also make sure you are doing enough exercise because it's also a part of it.
Eat smaller portions more frequently. Make sure you eat the right nutrition. Definitely DO NOT starve yourself, yes you will lose weight quickly but it is not good for the long term neither is it good for your body.
Breakfast should be ur biggest meal, followed by lunch then dinner should be your smallest. Also drink lots and lots of water! A glass of water before every meal. You should be drinking at least 8 glasses a day.
Good luck on your weight loss journey!xo
do you count calories? It helps a lot when you know how much you ate each day. and if you exercise it won't be hard at all. but don't expect miracles, healty weight loss is 1-2 Ibs per week
oh, and good luck :D
Exercise is the key, and of course being healthy. I suggest you to read some information on the internet, they will help you. But DON'T consider it and do it without any recommendations by your/ doctor. Just read some tips and just make a move after asking your doctor.
...ohhh I see...only eat veges and fruits..;)
