Oops, I meant 1-2 lbs a week is ideal.
Ok thanks so much for the advice, I'll put it to good use :-)
Most people will "die" to get your results, lol!
That is great , safe and sustainable.
Don't be too greedy! Any more than 1-2 lbs per week is ideal and should you lose more than 2 lbs per week you will gain it back
or you will suffer some other consequence.
Don't get caught in lose weight fast yoyo diet craze! It doesn't work! What the media and the weight loss industry portray has more to do with with shedding dollars (and into their pockets)
than shedding fat!
Increase the frequency of your exercise and eat a minimum of 3
meals a day to keep your metabolism high. The less frequent you eat the lower your metabolism. Cut down on carbs, don't just replace with whole grain (which is better for you but don't make a big difference in weight loss)
Beware of the scale! Fat loss is your goal, not weight loss.
You could be losing muscle and water, which will make you weaker and sick in the long run. Your belt is a better judge, lol!
Eat adequate amounts of quality protein, include good oils and fats which are essential for the healthy functioning of your body,
carbs mostly from fresh (organic if possible) vegetables and
some fruit and fewer from whole grains.
I hope this helps. Your current program is good though.
You should be proud of yourself!.
Best wishes.
