OK, in my excitement, I really got carried away. That is a good website with good tools, IF you have time to try to figure out how to quickly navagate it. I am not an expert with computers, but I can navagate my way around most sites quickly. I am sorry I started telling you all what you should do. As for me, Core plan, low glycemic index, and your support will see me through. Thanks all, and forgive me for acting like I know what I am doing. :-)

Yep! that's the site. It does have lots of tools but I don't find the forums as user friendly as this one. I will take what I like and keep visiting you! I appreciate the help with menus...automatic calorie counting. Today I actually stuck to my food plan, but no exercise yet. I live in Maine without aircondidioning and we are having a heat and humidity spell. I sat in front of the fan all day. Oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day...
Hugs,

I was also going to say that I used Sparkpeople at first, lost some weight, and gained it all back. I was sort of floundering around there, due to a lack of structure.
But its still a great site with tons of good tools.
You can't really post competing websites on Med Help.
But if its s p a r k p e o p l e dot c o m....I totally agree. Its a great site, if you can set up an honest plan for yourself, including all the good foods you really need, and not getting overly fixated on calories.
