Thankyou Ma'am, I'll keep that in mind
If you lost 10 lbs, you should be able to see physical changes. But don't forget you'll need to do some exercise as well, in order not to lose muscle. If you start losing muscle, you'll end up getting flabby.
Uhm so how many pound should i lose in order to see some changes in mya physical
Hi Jenny
Haven't seen you on here in a while. In my opinion, losing 30 lbs in 3 months is not that good of an idea for someone as young as you are, because your body isn't fully developed yet.
Aside from that, you don't need to lose 30 pounds; that would put you at less than 100 lbs, which isn't enough.
A low carb diet means very little (1-2 servings) fruit/day, no added sugar, bread or other foods made with white flour and/or sugar.
This is really helpful, thanks.
Yes, a low carb diet is very effective if done properly. You may tend to feel hungry at the beginning because your body won't be use to such a dramatic loss of energy but it will adapt in time. It's important to look into a multivitamin to supplement if you're not going to increase your veggies considerably. You will be minimizing your fruit and sugar intake by a great deal, next to no fruit in fact if your goals are to lose weight really fast but yes it can be done. You will increase your protein a lot and your fat will also increase. If you're going this route without exercise I highly recommend very lean meats, plenty of veggies, lots of water and watch your cholesterol as the fat in your diet may increase. Exercise will help a lot with cholesterol, even with no time you might want to consider at home 10-15 minutes a day or at least 3 times a week. Just squats, push-ups, Mountain climbers, Crunches, Russian Twists, and body weight exercises will be very effective if you can manage.
