Please help me someone

Okay, so I'm 13 years old  and weigh 169 pounds. I used to weight 182 pounds. But 169, That's overweight. When I went for my physical my doctor said that I needed to go to a nutritionist because of that . So I did. And right now, I'm exersizing on a treadmill and for like 2-3 hours a day at 3.4 speed or whatever it's called. But what I'm having trouble with is my dieting plans. Would someone give me an example for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks? Thanks.

You should talk to your parents and get their help, since they buy the food and will have to make sure you have adequate healthy options vs junk food to eat.

Make sure you have protein with every meal/snack.

Breakfast : carb, fat, dairy
Lunch : veggies, protien
Dinner : protien, veggies, (small portion) carb
Snacks : fruit, veggies, dairy, protein.
