Sick of my Obesity and Tiredness. How can I get rid of them?

I have always been overweight. Both my parents have diabetes, BP and cardiac problems. I have always felt sluggish. I am 37-year-old woman now, weight 96 kg and my height is 5'3". I feel very, very weak all the time. 10-15 minutes of walk saps all my energy and makes my head ache. What tests can I take? Where can I start? I am a single working mother and cannot afford to be too tired all the time.

Have you considered surgery? I had the gastric sleeve 11 months ago and have lost 114 pounds. I'm now looking forward to losing the last 55 pounds I need to lose. If you're interested, go to this website and check it out. It saved my life. Dr. Illan is a specialist and I completely trust his expertise. http://www.bajabariatrics.com/

okay girl,
the problems you have mentioned all relates to your weight, you have to be careful about it.
the thing you can do is to log your daily food intake.
prepare a schedule of your physical exercises and follow it by all means.
drink only warm water and avoid alcohol, that will keep you active all the day,
and finally if you find beyond weight management tea you must give it a try because this is the best thing for cutting your extra fat off.

I am part of a program Grow Young, which helps people with strengthening, balance and getting back on their feet. It is mostly for senior citizens, however the instructor works with all ages and the support group is great. It has balance food tips, buying grocery tips and anything that you would want to lose weight and gain your strength back.... You can Google it, the instructor is Devon and he is great.

Hi. I'm almost 36 and I always feel very tired. Although I have never been obese, I've observed my female relatives all my life. I know their habits, their intention to always blame others for their own mistakes. Their way of dieting is starving on salads all day and then eat tons of junk food in front of the TV. But that doesn't count, of course ;) And if you kindly mention this reason when they start complaining about not losing weight, you'll be the worst person in the world :) Anyway, you are not that obese! 96kg is a lot, but not unbeatable. You are young so if you want, you can deal with your weight. This is what helps me, I hope it will help you, too:
What gives you energy: Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, lots of water, fast walking, light exercises (I'm not a fan of the fitness madness)
What makes you tired: wheat flour, sugar
What makes you lose weight: Balanced diet, persistent calorie calculations. And water! You know that 3500 calories = 0,5 kg. It's on you if you add them to your meals or substitute them (not at once, of course :) )
What I never consume: fried food, snacks, soft drinks
What else? : eat fruits and vegetables instead of juice; if your stomach is sensitive, boil or stew the vegetables; if you feel constant hunger (I do ), drink some water, wait, then eat a fruit and wait again - this helps;
If you want it, then do it. You need a strong will and motivation! Don't search for reasons why NOT. You don't need to lose as much weight as my mom, and she once managed to become slim. She was soooo happy and beautiful! And once you reach your dream body, please check your weight once per 2-3 weeks. It is much easier to lose 2-3 kg than 30.
Good luck!
