Struggling to eat enough!

So I am finding it reallllly hard to actually eat 3 small meals a day plus snacks. I thought my diet was pretty good and thought there was something wrong with me why I couldn't lose weight but after gettin this app and recording all I eat + calories etc i realised that eating meals is actually really hard and the fact that I used to drink tons of coffee and sugar and not eat ANY food until tea time was the cause of my 189llb lard arse, so I've changed for the better and a week down in suffering with headaches (i think from the lack of caffeine) and I literally having to force myself to eat breakfast an lunch. How long do u reckon this will last for? Anybody else in the same boat?

I think eating a little of 3 different healthy things is a good way to go, keeping it simple like cuz suggested.  When we can't have our comfort foods that are the problem, eating can be a chore for a while.  It's normal, but you can do it.  Remember, it's actually good for your brain to change your patterns and problem-solve instead of just eating robotically.

I use to feel the same way about eating every 3 hours! It definitely takes some effort to force yourself to eat sometimes, lol:) Everyone is different but I'm sure you'll get use to it. Try to stick to the time and just eat small meals to keep your metabolism up. For example, eat half an apple, a few raw almonds, and piece of string cheese. If you can only eat a few bites of each, at least that's something.

Try walking...it'll help burn calories making you hungry. Stick to your eating schedule, you will see a change.  I lost 20 pounds just by doing this alone...a lean protein, complex carb, and healthy fat every 3 hours. By not eating, your body is in starvation mode, holding onto every ounce of fat.

Congrats on getting through a whole week! Your body will adjust and the headaches will go away. Drink lots of water!
