Oh my, here we are with another week gone by and with it being Labor Day, I hope most of you have a nice long holiday weekend. I know I do and I'm really enjoying it......
My week hasn't been a bad one; in fact, my some of my days are kind of fun, because I'm trying to wind down, in preparation for retirement in 5 weeks....... Woohoo -- I can hardly wait.
My weight is up by 0.8 lbs, but again, I'm not concerned about it, because I caved in, this past week, for potato chips and some other things that always cause me to retain fluid. I can't go the rest of my life without eating things I enjoy, so I just have to deal with it. I'll be doing some pretty strenuous things today that will most likely take off that 0.8 lbs in a short time.
We still have my 92 yr old Aunt with, which creates a lot of stress, trying to work and deal with her issues, but my dear hubby takes a lot of that work off my shoulders.
So how about everyone else? How's your weight loss journey progressing? Losing? Yay, for you!! Gaining? Is there a way we can help you get back on track?
I'm off to get some things done, as I have company coming later today. Here's hoping that everyone is doing well and has a good week.
