Sunday Weigh In - September 4, 2011

Oh my, here we are with another week gone by and with it being Labor Day, I hope most of you have a nice long holiday weekend.  I know I do and I'm really enjoying it......

My week hasn't been a bad one; in fact, my some of my days are kind of fun, because I'm trying to wind down, in preparation for retirement in 5 weeks....... Woohoo -- I can hardly wait.  

My weight is up by 0.8 lbs, but again, I'm not concerned about it, because I caved in, this past week, for potato chips and some other things that always cause me to retain fluid.  I can't go the rest of my life without eating things I enjoy, so I just  have to deal with it. I'll be doing some pretty strenuous things today that will most likely take off that 0.8 lbs in a short time.

We still have my 92 yr old Aunt with, which creates a lot of stress, trying to work and deal with her issues, but my dear hubby takes a lot of that work off my shoulders.

So how about everyone else?  How's your weight loss journey progressing?  Losing?  Yay, for you!!  Gaining?  Is there a way we can help you get back on track?  

I'm off to get some things done, as I have company coming later today.  Here's hoping that everyone is doing well and has a good week.  

Remember, we win by losing!!

haven't been on in a couple of days, but am thrilled at your 2 lbs down.  3:30 is only 45 min from 4:15 - it's hard, but you do get used to it....

I'm down 1.4 from Sunday, so feeling pretty good about that too.  Hoping I can maintain that for the next couple days, at least.......

JamesLipton - you should be able to do that - my calculation is 56 pounds in about 7 months/28 weeks.  Figuring that 2 lbs/week is safe, if you maintain that loss, you should come out just right.... How can we help you?

No I will always come here you will never be on your own, =0)  thanks I am excited down another pound 2 day,  did 18mins yestereday so I am happy, I bet I get up at 415 dont think I could do 330 lol

Hey, good to see you; I thought I was in this all by myself this week.  I'm sorry to hear that you aren't prego, but am happy that you are trying to make another start at your weight loss. 15 mins on an elliptical is pretty good to start with, and you're right, you'll be able to build time.  

Congrats on the 2.6 down; even getting rid of water weight is a good thing.  Keep on going!!  

I'm really looking forward to the end of my 5 weeks -- no more getting up at 3:30 am......

Hey Barb,

sorry I didnt get on here on Sunday was very down gained again and ended up no prego but had a great talk w/my honey and Sunday decided to start again as of sunday I am down 2.6 I know its water weight but I am looking at it as a start,  started doing the eliptical trainer at work can only do 15mins right now but I will build it up,  

5 more weeks for you that is awesome I am so excited for you,  hope your week is going good,
