I'm 5'5 ft... I do Taekwondo two times per week and sports (soccer,racing) one time per week.
I would like to lose 20lb to feel happy about my body. My diet is healthy, I guess, since I eat organic vegetables and fruits in good porcions. I don't know what else I should do to boost my metabolism beside drinking organic teas and doing differents exercises.

How tall are you? Green tea is said to boost metabolism, but that alone won't help you lose weight. You need to have a healthy diet and get moderate exercise in order to lose weight in a healthy manner.
