Why not incorporate some of your favorite foods into some of your menus, so you won't end up binging on them? For instance, if chips are your downfall, why not allow yourself a serving to 2/week, then you won't feel deprived.

Vow! Look what you have accomplished! That itself should be a motivation. Once in a while it is ok to binge eat. You can make allowance for that while planning your daily calories. Reserve some calories daily into a calorie bank—which means you eat slightly fewer calories everyday than recommended according to your BMR and weight loss goal and then use up these calories while you binge eat. On the days you are prone to overeat—throw in a little more exercise to compensate. Hope this helps. Take care!
