Well.. Today has been an off day for me.. I haven't even worked out at ALL! I am trying to get motivated to go do a work out on my ab lounge at least.. But yesterday I did a work out with my "The Firm" DVD's.. And let me tell you.. My upper legs, I guess would be the thigh? Liek the muscle in the front hurts SO bad I can hardly walk. And I only did the work out for about 20 minutes lol. Let me just be the first to say that "The Firm" does work lol. I couldn't even keep up with what they were doin but i still got an awesome work out. Just next time I do it I'm gonna take it a little easier and slowly build myself up, cuz I think what I did yesterday was a bit to much considering how I feel today.. Or is it good to feel sore after a workout? Does that mean you did a good job at working your muscles, or that you pushed them too far? Anyways.. I haven't felt the best today. I didn't get ANY sleep last night so after my class was over today at 1 (I got home around 2ish) I layed down and fell asleep until 8!!! I was so angry with myself! I'm never going to be able to kick this new life style into full gear until I get my sleep patterns under control but it's so hard when you suffer insomnia.. Anyone have any tips on how to fall asleep for people who suffer with this? Any OTC sleep aides that you have tried that work really well? This right now is my biggest battle.. Getting sufficient sleep at the right time. I know if I can do this, my energy levels will probably sky rocket from what they currently are. HELP!!! I really need some motivation.. tips.. advice.. anything right now would help. lol. THANKS!!! =]
