Hello,
Im 19 years old and I weigh 230 and I just started to workout ( 4 times a day ) and Im starting to eat healthier foods. Also, im limiting my calories to 1900 per day.
I need help because my best friends getting married and i want to weigh 215 so I can put on my slacks and tuxedo.
Also, the wedding is on Dec. 4 , 2014 in Rome and I really want to look and feel good about myself.
If anyone has any suggestions or ways for me to lose 15lbs in one month !!!! Please dont hesitate
