I agree that diets don't work. You have to make changes that you can stick with over the long haul, like cutting out sugar, fats and other "bad for you" things, watching portion sizes and getting regular exercise.
Hello! Diets don't work. Instead you have to evaluate your overall lifestyle. Take a realistic look , an inventory of what you are doing that is healthy and what is unhealthy. You probably know what you need to do, so take action. Focus on small goals, not large ones. Make one to two changes per week like cutting portion sizes, or cutting back on junk foods. Time will pass you by if you chose to do nothing. Sticking to a healthy lifestyle is more meaningful and will be more rewarding that sticking to a diet. Good Luck.
hi what kind of diets have you tried etc ,, and main reason to loose weight ,, but what those loosing weight mean to you ?
