I eat a lot of salads. I don't like meat. I eat only chichen. I like fish , every kind of them. I try to eat a lot of fruit but i don't realy like fruit. Sometimes i eat an ice cream like every 13-yeears old girl.Oh i have to say that i don't drink a lot of water. Only 3-4 glasses a day....did that helped?
Your English is not bad. I understand that the Greek, generally, tend to have very good diet. Can you tell me what kinds of things you, typically, eat?
My doctor suggested that I try the Mediterranean Diet.
I m playing bolleyball and running...riding bicycle and doing 60 crunches a day.....i have a nice greek diet...;)

You're starting to panic for no reason. First off, you really don't even need to lose weight; you're quite tall for your age and your body isn't even done developing yet.
What are you doing for exercise? What kind and how much food are you eating?
