A glass of water 30 minutes before meal time may also help you eat less.
You need to have some protein with every meal/snack, whether it be a glass of milk, a small piece of cheese, a serving of fat free yogurt, a small piece of meat or a few nuts. For instance, a snack could be an apple with 2 Tbsp peanut butter, or a protein shake, made with 1/2 cup fat free milk and 1/2 cup water (add a serving of fruit, if you like).
Try drinking a protein shake (or 1/2 of one) about an hour before each meal; that should help you eat less.
thank you for your time I will try to loose it .I will eat more salads and fruits and 1 time in three days I will eat more proteins products like meat and fish etc.
Forgot to mention that if you develop lifestyle changes that you can stick with, you will be able to keep the weight off, once you've lost it. If you go back to eating the way you always have, you'll gain it right back.
It's possible to lose 15-20 lbs in 2 months, but you will have to be really strict with yourself and stay with your diet. You can't just live on vegetables, though; you have to have lean protein and other nutrients in order to stay healthy.
