Most fruits and veggies last for several days or more, if properly stored; some more perishable than others.  Are you buying too large quantities that you can't use them soon enough, or are you just not eating enough of them?

Sometimes, it's a pain in rear to cook, so we (I) tend to leave the veggies and opt for things that might be quicker/easier.

I am currently doing well with my diet and I exercise regularly about3-4 times a week. My biggest thing is I love fruits and veggies but they don't keep for long and it feels like I'm wasting $. I am wanting to lose weight for my physical and emotional health. I need to gain confidence and also I want to look phenomenal for my wedding day!!!

Make sure you eat enough of the right kinds of food, cutting out sugary carbs and sodas. Also make sure you get adequate exercise.

Walking and yoga are a couple of excellent ways to get exercise.  Exercise can be done at whatever time of day you can fit it in.

Some people find that eating multiple small meals throughout the day works best to keep them from getting so hungry.

It sounds like you've got momentum, you just need to know how to keep going. After a while you will hit a plateau in your weight loss; don't stress-change it up. For example I first started loosing weight by cutting out the crap from my diet and having a normal sleep schedule. Then I fixed my diet so it was a healthy balanced diet and started to learn how to swim. Over the past 2 years and 40lbs I've had to periodically switch up my work out routines and total calories. Remember as your body changes, what you need changes too- but I found out that small steps are best.

These plateaus are also pretty demoralizing so do what you need to stay motivated. Small immediate goals to focus on help the entire thing seem achievable (at least for me). Aka, I'm only 20 lbs away from my next milestone (under 29 BMI), but I'm still nearly 65 lbs from my ideal. However, I've lost nearly 40 I can do another 20, no doubt so that's the number on my horizon. Some pampering or rewards for yourself- new clothes after loosing a couple sizes make you feel like a million bucks. Finally - I have a picture of myself on my fridge at a rotund 235lbs, right next to the latest picture of me and my hubby at his graduation in December when I was about 198lbs. Sometimes it's hard to remember the differences and it's easy to still see the rolls so visually seeing the difference every day is a good "I can" reminder.
