What am I doing wrong?

About a year ago I weighed 170, at 5'6 with a small build. So I was overweight. I worked out and got down to 135. I was eating right and working out 3x a week and I was able to maintain my weight. I moved overseas where I maintained my weight there. Now, I have moved back to America, have been back for 4 months. I've worked out daily, cardio and things like yoga. 3-5x a week. I also have a very active full time job. I lift hwavy objects (30+ lbs) and am on my feet for 8 hours a day. But I've gained 10lbs. I haven't gained muscle, its fat. Its jiggly, and from eixperience I know for sure that its fat.

I still eat right. I was told that I wasn't eating enough calories, so I upped my calories for a while.
Which hasn't helped. I drink 3+ liters of water a day.

What am I doing wrong? I've stayed steadily around 144-146 for a while now and would really love some input on how to break out of this rut.
